I was amazed by the room! The space for the main area, size of the sofa, the separate bedroom, the comfortable bed, the big bathroom wit access from the main area and from the bedroom, the vanity, the two big mirrors… everything was perfect. The breakfast was awesome! It had everything possible, including the omelette bar. The staff on the breakfast were great. There are multiple elevators working at all times. The location is great and allowed us to explore the city and arrive to the concert venue just by walking.

When we first checked in the host was sure to follow up with us to make sure the room was up to our expectations. They were quick to send maintenance to fix the shower door handle and sent extra towels when requested. The staff during breakfast service was top notch; quickly cleaning tables and very friendly.

Breakfast was huge - tons of choices. Hours different on weekends and holidays versus weekends. Nightly happy hour was also enjoyable. 2 drinks/person, light snacks. Seating in bar and lobby area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is amazing. Easy self parking in garage across the street.

We went to Pittsburgh for a concert at PNC Park. The hotel was 15-minute walk to the stadium, which was totally doable for myself, my spouse and our 11-year-old. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The location, complimentary snacks and drinks (although there wasn't much left at 6:00), staff at the registration was really professional, bed was perfect, spacious room

Room service was great. We received towels when we needed them and all the used ones were picked up timely. Trash was picked up timely as well. The breakfast service was great and having the fitness center in the hotel was also great.

All the fundamental things you'd want from hotel facilities. Free breakfast is a BIG plus in this area. Good central location in downtown Pittsburgh, near a decent parking garage and close enough to market square/convention center/other attractions.

The location was great, within walking distance of everything I wanted to do. Good breakfast, bar and little shop for snacks as well as a restaurant. Every amenity was thought of. very comfortable, large apartments.

Breakfast included is great - omelette station looked popular, but I am not waiting 30 minutes to eat! Hot eggs daily, bacon and sausage, choice of bread/pastry, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, juices and pop (for real!), hot potatoes and one of pancake or waffle. Get there before 9 to get a seat!
